Linda "Coach" Cobb

Linda Cobb is a personnel psychologist and executive coach, and has worked in the field of human development as a coach, trainer, and facilitator for over 25 years. She has been owner/president of The Coaching Company, Inc. since 1997, which specializes in leadership coaching and workplace culture initiatives.  Linda has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, a master’s degree in Personnel Psychology, and is a graduate of Coach University and the Arbinger Institute’s Mastery in Coaching and Facilitator Programs.  She is certified to administer various assessments, and also holds certifications in corporate coaching, retirement coaching, and trauma debriefing.
